I just wanted to send you a little note about Maggie.  I feel triumphant!  I think we finally licked (no pun intended..lol) the allergy problem!!  I switched her over to brown rice and lamb Natural Balance and started her on Dinovite supplementation and added a small amount of apple cider vinegar to the water dishes for both she and Latte.  She no longer licks those hot spots she had and is not rubbing on the furniture at all anymore. 

I did a lot of research online and determined that her real problem was a systemic yeast problem. There was so much great information out there.  I really didn't want her to have a life filled with steroids and medication to mask a problem. She is doing so wonderfully.  She just has the best disposition and is so sweet.  It is so incomprehensible to me that someone wanted to put her down for an easily solved problem.  Thank goodness for rescue organizations!
